Terms of business
Signing TOB's with agencies can be complicated but here at Diamond Recruitment it could not be easier. First things first, we do not do contract/temp recruitment. We only do permanent recruitment and work on a contingent basis with all clients.
Contingent recruitment, often called "no-win, no-fee" recruiting, is a performance-based hiring model where agencies are paid a fee only after successfully placing a candidate.
At Diamond Recruitment we offer our Terms of business (TOB) document which is simple and easy to understand and read. To work with Diamond Recruitment you can choose either of the following options.
When working with an agency on client TOB's must be agreed upon and signed etc. If you don't want to sign ours and want us to sign your terms then that also is perfectly acceptable. Diamond Recruitment has a professional standard PDF document for signing which rarely ever gets a push back as it is self explanatory.

Standard Agreement
12% Fee (Calculated on Base plus super)
12 Week Guarantee period
Invoice sent on candidates first day of work with 30 day payment terms agreed.
Flexible Agreement
15% Fee (Calculated on Base plus super)
12 Week guarantee period
50% of the invoice amount sent on candidates first day of work with 30 day payment terms agreed.
Final 50% of the invoice amount sent on candidates 8th week to be paid at the end of week 12 (end of guarantee period) so 30 day payment terms again agreed upon.
